AC & Heater 

The thermostat in each unit is pre-set to 72 degrees. In order to adjust the temperature, please use system located on the wall in the den area. 

Mail & Packages 

Tucker is not able to accept packages, and is not liable for any lost packages. If you order a package during your stay, we recommend using a pickup location provided by local mail carriers.

TV 

All suites are equipped with a TV in each room. You may use the remote to navigate to Samsung TV or on-demand apps such as Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. The on-demand apps will require you to enter in your account details. 

Important Suite Information


Reminder: No Smoking 

This is a smoke-free building. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balconies, and on the building premises. A $500 fine will apply for Tucker guests who fail to follow this rule. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Trash

Please place trash in a sealed trash bag in the Valet Trash bin outside your suite. Valet Trash picks up every day between 8pm and 9am except on Fridays and Saturdays. Excess trash should be brought to a nearby trash dumpster on-site. 

Dishwasher 

Please only use dishwasher soap provided under the sink in your suite. 

Stove & Oven 

You may use the electric stove and oven in the kitchen. Please refrain from placing any items except for pots and pans on the stovetop or in the oven. Make sure to turn off the stovetop or oven following use. 

Washer & Dryer 

Each suite is equipped with a washer and dryer (located in a closet in the main room). Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided in the welcome basket.

Access to amenities is complimentary. Please use your key fob in order to access all common areas and amenity spaces.

  3. No rugs, towels, laundry, clothing, or other items shall be stored, hung, or draped on railings or other portions of the balconies. 

  4. Proper attire must be worn in all common areas. 

  5. All guests must comply with parking instructions provided at check in. 

  6. Please keep music and/or noise levels to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm- 7:00am. Please be mindful of noise levels and/or music.
